If you are not satisfied with your K Alliance purchase, please contact one of our customer service representatives. We will be happy to exchange the product or service or issue a refund (minus shipping costs). All returns will require a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the box. No returns will be accepted without a clearly visible RMA number on the box. In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, no more than the first session of any course or product can have been opened or viewed. All discs, CD-ROMs, DVDs, registration cards, boxes and packing materials must be included and the product must be returned in like new condition. All returns must be received by K Alliance within 30 days of the invoice date. K Alliance reserves the right to refuse damaged or incomplete returns, as well as returns where more than the first session of the course or product ahs been opened or viewed. To obtain an RMA number or more details regarding product guarantees and return procedures, please contact our customer service department. PLEASE NOTE that shipping charges may be deducted from the credit given for returned products in cases where free shipping was offered. Sales on all clearance items are final – no exchanges or returns. |
