Computer Instructors / Trainers Wanted
K Alliance is always hiring qualified trainers to teach our various online and CBT video courses, and you could be one of the many! If you are knowledgeable and skilled instructor within the areas of IT, certification, desktop or soft skills training, then you can easily submit your interested in becoming one of our soft skills or computer instructors. Contractors, freelancers or those looking to supplement their income are all welcomed to apply to become one of our elearning development instructors.
K Alliance’s various course videos teach individuals the skills and knowledge needed to pass certification exams, enhance their mastery of applications and programs and provides them with a quality and comprehensive education geared toward making them better professionals, whether in the IT industry or wherever they work. Students get to learn on their own time and at their own convenience with our training videos that you will develop and create. We always want to present the information in understandable terms that students will easily comprehend, so we look for those with unique and innovative teaching strategies.
If you are interested in becoming one of our skilled trainers, the process is simple! All you need to do is send us your resume for review, outlining your work history, certifications (if any) and teaching experience. From there, we will schedule a quick training audition to see how you would go about teaching a certain subjects to those that know nothing about it, just to check if you’re the right fit for K Alliance’s training videos. If you are chosen, we then proceed by sending contracts regarding payment and the like. Finally instruction starts!
Since we are always looking for new instructors, we highly encourage those who are interested to send in their resumes for review right away!
